BOLLE

BOLLE System- und Modulbau GmbH was founded in 1910 as a steam saw mill and wooden shaft factory. BOLLE has continuously expanded its product range to move far beyond its production output from back then. This consistent further development has seen BOLLE grow into one of the leading modular construction companies for mobile room systems since moving into the construction of site trailers in the 1960s. With high degrees of pre-fabrication of up to 95%, it can carry out its construction projects today with speed, flexibility and a high level of quality. Furthermore, dust, noise and functional impairments can be avoided on site.

Thanks to its expert knowledge in designing building structures through modular construction and ability to incorporate elements from solid and timber-frame construction, BOLLE can offer economical and practical complete solutions from one single source – with 100% cost and deadline reliability.

Krehle

Formed in 1983 as a specialist in heating and ventilation fittings, in its early years Krehle was primarily involved in the renovation of historical buildings. Its work on these often very challenging buildings allowed the company to expand even further on its already extensive expertise in the field of sheet metal processing. Contemporary architecture is now setting completely new benchmarks in terms of design, innovative materials and sustainability, and Krehle is the first port of call when it comes to implementing unusual ideas in the field of metalworking.

The development of new kinds of manufacturing processes, continuously improved processing methods, machines and tools allows it to produce bent and rounded metal profiles with a quality and precision that was previously unthinkable. Its customer-specific production of high-quality products combines state-of-the-art production technology with high-level Krehle craftsmanship.

WDI

Since its foundation nearly 40 years ago, WDI Customized Panels GmbH & Co. KG has developed and produced large-scale insulating panels in both standard and special designs. One important feature of WDI insulation panels is their continuous lengthwise roll-formed joint contours with that certain “click effect”, which meet the highest demands for stability and tightness. Thanks to its special production structure and technique, it can also design panels to meet individual requirements, for instance, in terms of dimensions (widths of 300 to 1100 mm without a grid), high pressure loads or the integration of openings, cut-outs or cable and wire routing. Likewise, a wide variety of material fillings (such as PU, mineral wool, wood, vacuum insulation panels or fine steel) can also be integrated into the panels.

Highlights in its product range include sandwich elements for cold storage and deep-freeze rooms with temperatures down to -60° C, elements with particularly high fire resistance or heat resistance for continuous application temperatures of up to 220° C and high-quality sandwich elements with special sound insulation properties of up to 50dB with a 100% absorption rate. A particularly sustainable version of the sandwich panel that uses renewable resources, the WDI ISO ECO, will soon be added to its product portfolio.

Associated partner: Treude & Metz

Treude & Metz GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1844 and can look back on a history rich in tradition since then. The company operates the oldest bed feather factory in Germany and has been producing down and feather products since its foundation. The company is committed to a sustainable value chain, and with that in mind its raw materials come from geese raised in an appropriate environment.

Its commitment to sustainability is also clearly reflected in other developments outside its core business: For instance, it has developed an ecological plaster made from feather residues to reduce feather residue waste through upcycling. As well as being easier to work with in comparison to conventional products, the eco-plaster is also more fire-resistant.
